From what I understand the web team was replaced with an external agency who did much better work. There have been some mishires and upgrades that needed to be handled along the way. I know a couple of people there that are superstars, they do have an intensely high talent bar.

Heard from Ooma’s “former” head of web development that the entire web development team was laid off the end of July 2008. So does anyone really think they are still in business, in every sense of the word?

Pay up Tom. Perception vs. Reality comparisons stink.

However, Alec could declare the “steak” be provided by one of those ultra high end restaurants that provide tiny portions for crazy high prices. Thus Dean is provided the perception or essence of a steak rather than the reality of a meal.
