For months now, management teams have been struggling with understanding how the CEBP market matures, how to create sustainable value chains, and how each actor in the ecosystem survives (or not). I’m really honored to have the chance to put some ideas to paper with Dan Miller from Opus Research. Over the past two weeks, Dan and I had a chance to collaborate on a report called The Recombinant Telephony Ecosystem that identifies the landscape, sizes the opportunity, names the players and makes educated guesses on how each can thrive in this new opportunity.
