Earlier this year, Ted Gilchrist was a finalist in the O’Reilly Emerging Telephony Mashup Contest when he integrated Voice XML with an online calendar called 30Boxes. I had the chance to speak with the CEO, Narendrea, and I wanted to share it with you.
